BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
Latvian Wood Processing Companies and Exporters Association (LKUEA) brings together about 70 companies operating in the wood processing industry, from logging and lumber production, ending with recycling timber furniture components, furniture, building components and finished at home, as well as wood products marketing. Companies participating in the work of the Association, both directly and also by the merger of the regional groups, and is represented in Latvian Forest Industries Federation. With these institutions are represented through the members' interests in state institutions and international organizations.
HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
Latvian Wood Processing Companies and Exporters Association is a partner of Riga State Technical School. It provides practical training for students of department of Woodwork. The association is interested in developing and improving educational quality. Association supports the goal achievement of the project as it contributes to increasing of understanding for students.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
