Description of the educational product
Describe, please:
Target group: using textbook from Physics by PaedDr. Jozef Beňuška are high school students

Objectives of the educational product – at the end of the lesson:
• using modelling of phenomena from digital textbook for physics to pupil´s motivation for better approach to the study of physical phenomena and physical knowledge,
• to achieve better results in physics,
• to streamline the work of the teacher.

The content of educational product
• educational presentations to support the teaching of physics at high school
Concrete sample of the lesson using modelling of physical phenomena from the digital physics textbook for students of the first year of high school.

Expected results of the educational product and the testing ways
• explanation of the curriculum of physics using digital textbooks for students of physics is more visual, more accessible, more interesting, more modern,
• the activation of students in the learning process,
• to improve students’ achievements from physics,
• the effective teaching of physics.

Verification:
• an interview with pupils, a questionnaire, the academic results achieved by students in physics (improvement)

Possible alternatives of the realization of the educational product
Digital physics textbook by PaedDr. Joseph Beňuška contains educational presentations to improve the teaching of physics at high school.

The possible use of digital physics textbook
• Teacher during lessons when explaining new physical knowledge to students. The biggest contribution is that teacher is freed of writing and drawing on the blackboard and also it is making more time available for other interesting activities other than explaining the subject matter, e.g. experimentation, the possibility of activating the students on the basis of phenomena observed and modeled, etc.
• Pupil for home preparation, with the support of information technology. The pupils have the opportunity to revise what they have learned at the lesson, having the same form as it has been communicated at the lesson.
The ways of using digital physics textbook
• In classrooms equipped with computers, where each student works at the computer itself.
• In classrooms equipped with computers and data projectors.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
