Classes of technology at my school focus on preparing meals, but also the principles of healthy eating. I noticed that during the so-called lunch break school corridors are dominated by sweet rolls, donuts, chips, drinks with high sugar content. I also try to explain to children the principles of healthy eating and arrange with them a dozen proposals for second breakfast to school. This model could be helpful. I can apply it to my classes.

I really like this Educational Product! It is very well done, full of information. After this lesson students will understand better the importance of every fruit for human body. Fruits, like vegetables, have many vitamins suitable for our organism but we need to know what composition has each one and then to dose it well. I am interested in testing this plan and I will start from the next lesson with my students. The test given at the end of the plan is very useful in order to deepen their knowledge.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence
31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
