Resource consists of manual how to demonstrate learning content on polygons to pupils. At first there is presentation of bodies, then simulation using computer, and finally simulation using unconventional natural materials. At the same time it supports the activity and motivation of pupil by asking him/her to connect math bodies with bodies in the real life. Final part of the process is carried out outside of the class, what also contributes to attractivity of this approach.
I personally like that the issue of geometrical bodies is divided into three learning stages, during which pupils gain the idea about bodies in different environments.
I will definitely use this resource, mainly the part about simulation of bodies using unconventional materials outside of the class (I did not have a chance to use materials used by author, yet). I have created bodies made of skewers joined by plasticine and candies. However, I have found out that pupils did not think about the walls of the bodies and did not pay attention to their surface.

Usually students are in difficulty "seeing" geometry, to recognize structures of polygons and solids.
The use of household objects for the construction of regular polygons is very effective and the students easily remember these lessons.
I also use a lot of images of natural polygons, as the cells of bees, sunflower seeds, hexagonal columns of basalt, ice crystals, ...

Dissemination Seminar in Florence
31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
