Description of the Experience
I like biology and chemistry. I love biology because I want to follow the medicine university, and for sure I would need it. But also because seems to be very interesting. I consider that learning biology is an advantage.
From chemistry I remember an experience on revealing the presence of starch in some aliments.
For this experiment we used several aliments (potatoes, milk, flour, samntana) and various instruments (eye glass, dropper) and various substances (iodine).
I cut, for example, the potato in half and, using a pipette, I put few drops of iodine over it and noticed how it turns blue, so checking how much iodine contains.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
