Description of the Experience
I am a student of fourth grade of primary school. I had big problems with learning the multiplication tables, so classes that were based on this topic were difficult for me and incomprehensible. Our math teacher at the beginning of each lesson devoted some time for training which helped me to master a lot of equations. For a period of month, at the beginning of each math class we were given a card with plenty of actions. The teacher played music and at that time we performed as many calculations we could. Music made me not nervous and every day at the same time, I was able to perform more and more calculations properly. We handed in the cards once the teacher turned off the music. These exercises are still carried out, but once a month for a week. They were very nice way of checking our skills and allowed me to master the multiplication table.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
