Description of the Experience
Economics is the subject I like in a vocational secondary school. Our teacher explains each theme thoroughly so everybody understands. For example, a recent theme of the lesson was 'Changes of demand . Factors which influence the demand.' The teacher told us the theory and introduced us to the main external factors influencing the price . She explained how changes of demand for goods can be shown graphically. Thus I consolidated my theoretical knowledge during the lesson practically. At first I could not understand if the demand will decrease or increase under the influence of some factor. I also blundered with graphical presentation. However , I had a chance to discuss it in the whole class and to understand the mechanism better. The home task also helped to consolidate theoretical knowledge. It turned out that it is very topical in everyday life because it helps understand how different factors influence demand and balance market price ( if the expected price rise will lead to real market price rise ).

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
