Description of the Experience
Science is difficult to learn unless it is about our life and gives us explanations about it. What I like about experiments is that they link science with real situations. Complex things become easy and accessible through experiments. Our teacher is really great: she knows when to do them. I remember when she taught us about lenses: it was abstract and I personally found it difficult to follow her until she started some experiments with glasses which not only raised our natural curiosity about the topic but also gave us some hints about how lenses function. We had to make observations about what was happening. It was amusing and we learned lots of things in a very easy way.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
