Description of the Experience
The class topic was goniometry, in particular its functions. That means we were looking for sinus, cosinus tangens and cotangens on the unit circle. The radius was 10cm. We were gradually filling it in with all the functions. From the elementary school I knew only the ones until 90°. Now we were writing down into the unit circle also the others until 360°. There was an angle on the board. We marked it down into the unit circle and then filled in the tables with the length in cm. This way we went through all four functions. I enjoyed the class. It was creative and not monotonous. I had a problem only in the beginning because I did not understand the topic and the speed of the teacher and my classmates was too quick for me. However, that is only my subjective opinion

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
