Description of the Experience
The class topic was getting to know the mathematical solids. We learned about them in the class and later calculated some examples. I had a personal experience with the topic from an elementary school but I did not remember it well. Later I got into the topic again. I learned calculating all solids around us. I liked the whole lesson because we learned the topic through presentations which helped us understand all of it. In the beginning it looked difficult but it was very easy. Each solid has its own way to calculate it. I would not change anything in this mathematics lesson because presentations are probably the best way to learn. There are examples, objects etc. I enjoyed learning math this way.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
