Description of the Experience
The lesson, when I learned the most was the lesson outside. When we counted the area and perimeter of the field and the square in front of the school I understood that the area is the length multiplied by the width, and the perimeter is calculated by adding lengths. Previously, when the lessons were conducted in the classroom it was not clear for me. Practical calculation of the perimeter and area helped me to acquire this knowledge. In addition, the time spent on the pitch was something different compared to the lessons delivered in the traditional way.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
