Description of the Experience
My best lesson of technology was when we did pizza. I was wondering why our teachers allowed us to do it after many lessons about proper nutrition, if pizza is highly caloric! We were divided into groups of four, brought additives and spices. Teacher brought the dough, we spread the sauce, then we put various additives and did salads, then we set the table. Our teacher had a device in class - steamer – in which we had to bake a pizza. All groups were ready, and teacher told us to read the manual of the steamer. Thanks to that we knew how to set the cooking temperature and time, not to burn the pizza. We also knew what we cannot touch during operation and how to clean it after use. The pizza was great, the steamer was clean, no one was burnt. Now I know that before using any device, I should read the instructions so it serves us for long and safely.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
