Description of the Experience
During the implementation of the topic on the plastics we had a work to do with the used packaging. We saw different ideas from previous years: piggy bank, flowers, gift boxes, bookmarks, etc. But our teacher asked us to create musical instruments from recycling. I poured the green lentils into the empty surprise egg box. I shortened the chopsticks from Chinese restaurant and tightly wrapped them with hemp string. That’s how I made handles of maracas, to which I stuck together previously filled "eggs". The teacher of technology, which also teaches music, was delighted with the idea and outcome. At home dad strengthened the structure using small wood screws.
My maracas serve me and the others to accompany the songs on the music lessons.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
