Description of the Experience
Our teacher is crazy about geometry and during the lessons we always do something unusual. She once seated us in front of computers and told us to find football in the Poly Pro programme. I did not even know that football is a solid.
Then we counted how many edges, how many vertexes and how many walls were there. We had also been playing with building blocks from which all the platonic and Archimedean solids were constructed. Although initially it was difficult to observe and count after building the solids it was much clear. It was very useful.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
