Description of the Experience
I liked to work with models very much. It’s easier to acquire the theory, faster to keep in mind the difficult concepts of biology. Frequently there are long and complicated definitions in the text-books, sometimes it’s hard to understand also the pictures. Working with models, I should look for appropriate examples from real life. Understanding, how the different biological processes occur in nature, it’s easier to remember definitions written in the scientific language, formulate the definitions in my own words, because making models I have understood the meaning of the subject. I would like to use the models system also in other lessons.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
