Description of the Experience
I remember an interesting experiment we did at chemistry. What did we do? We poured a different number of teaspoonfuls of baking soda in the three bottles and measured the initial temperature. We left the bottles indoors for 20 min; and then we took them outside to a sunny spot; left them for 20 minutes; we recorded temperature again. When we added vinegar the reaction produced CO2; the level of CO2 in the bottles was different: the bottle with 4 teaspoonfuls had twice as much as the bottle with 2 teaspoonfuls. We noticed that we got different temperatures; the change in temperature in the sunlight is related to the amount of CO2 in the bottle produced during the experiment.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
