Description of the Experience
In his daily work educator face a multitude of different types of problems: student’s disobedience, no willingness to learn, inability to concentrate, noise in the classroom.
Problems faced by me? Due to the fact that I work in professional education, we have more problems than other teachers in the first place:
Technical literature lack of both Russian and Latvian. Of course, co-operate with concern "Latvian Railway", is organized lessons trips, open hours, seminars, which attract senior professionals, but it is not easy. A lot of the material we translate itself.
Second: "Latvian Railway" is booming and the technology we do not have, because it is very expensive.
Third:. Main problem is that students' learning. Many pupils do not have any motivation for learning. Some of the lack of communication between teachers and students. Weak ability to plan and organize themselves within an hour, lack of impulse control-when the learner cannot distinguish between what may be affordable, which may not be the difficulty to act on the instructions of the pupil-teacher cannot fulfil the instructions and others.
I think to improve the learning process requires:
• Develop an adequate evaluation system. Grades are an indicator that concerns not only the teachers as well as students and parents.
• Different teaching methods used.
• The best students award ceremony.
• Team work.
• A rating system.
• Seminars, Olympiad, field trips, projects.
• Link theory with observations.
So it can be concluded:
Continuously improve their professional skills-teacher it is important for him to be proficient in their operation.

If one works on both the teachers and the administration and the parents, both funding and practices companies should be moving.
The teacher used a variety of teaching methods.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
