Description of the Experience
In order to make physics (in particular, mechanics) more enjoyable for students, I used movie clips with phenomena based on the physics laws they were supposed to study or, which was even better, movie clips that denied these same physics laws (Mission to Mars, Gravity, Armageddon). There are many websites on this theme:
http://www.intuitor.com/moviephysics/
http://io9.com/367792/bad-movie-physics-a-report-card
http://www.bloopers.it/
These clips can be used in different ways, according to the school grade: you can tell the students that there is a mistake in a specific sequence and let them spot it, or let them set off in quest of the mistake; or, when a physics law is observed, you can start a discussion (a general discussion or in groups) over the phenomena.

I think that it's a good idea. I am IT teacher and I usally use youtube movie clips for teaching difficult subjects.
When I use videos in the same way that my college from Italy sometimes in the video clip there is a mistake in a sequence and I use it for discussions among the classroom
The results are really interesting, students are more motivated and they understand better difficult concepts.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
