Description of the Experience
I work with the students of the Printing Department of PIKC RVT.I teach chemistry, material chemistry , basics of environment studies. Students have graduated Form 9 in different schools of Latvia Republic , some have studied abroad , for example , one student has studied in Belorussia.

The main problems are :
1. Very different level of previous knowledge and motivation. I try to repeat more vague notions during the diagnostic tasks . If it is needed I use auxiliary material ( tables, formula sheets ) and individual work for the students who need it.
2. Many students are not used to systematic studying , but fragmentary knowledge does not give the notion of the subject.
3. Some students work very slowly and imprecisely , they need individual studies.
4. Some students have studied in Russian , but , in my opinion , there are no problems because I translate the terms.
5. Demonstration of experiments sometimes helps understand the process of the reaction better . However, lately there are some difficulties in reflecting formulas and reactions precisely. I try to give them exercises to facilitate their understanding of the reactions.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
