BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
STEP Institute is a non-profit organization passionate about people development. Our mission is to empower people for better functioning in work environment. We help them to discover and nurture their talents, brushing soft skills and realizing entrepreneurial ideas into practice. By offering interactive workshops, generating creative learning material, supporting coaching, and inspiring career guidance we aim to increase employability, empower people for entrepreneurship, and foster personal and professional development. Business and education are traditionally separate worlds. Building bridges between them is our path.
HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
- Dissemination of project results inside Slovenian network of Primary and Secondary schools.
- Publishing crucial project findings in social medias (like FB page Pozitivna psihologija with almost 1.000 followers).
- Using findings when organising Erasmus+ KA1 courses where we work directly with European teachers and trainers (www.erasmuspluscourses.com).
- Incorporate findings in new national projects with big public institutions like National employment institute, National education institute.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
