Description of the initiative
The project introduces innovative methods and forms of teaching physics. These are the methods of the experiment, research and observation. With the additional hours of classes, students will learn how to properly draw conclusions and analyze phenomena in physics. Classes are delivered by research teams (a researcher and teacher of physics). The proposed method differs from the previously dominant. The student is actively involved in the teaching process. After mastering the theory of the matter, independently plan and carry out practical activities, and then based on the results of these activities draw conclusions.

Although the physics labs are equipped with teaching aids, the above method has not been widely used because of the lack of educational studies. The proposed method driving lesson engages students to develop scientific and technical expertise. At the same time solve the problem of little interest in the fields of education, polytechnic and mathematics and natural sciences.

The final product: "Methodological Guide for teachers to teach physics with experiment method, focused on the dissemination method of experiment in teaching physics at the high school level. The final product consists of:
1) Methodological guide for teachers to teach physics by experiment.
2) Multimedia presentations.
3) Standard work sheets- related to the fundamental experiments provided in the core curriculum.
4) Custom work sheets- ie work sheets related to the analysis of physical phenomena occurring in the "physics toys".
More Information
The results of “Experiment is the future of education” project are interesting didactic materials to support teaching physics. It can be useful to both deliver lessons in the classroom, as well as classes in the laboratory. The advantage is the student's involvement in the learning process.
The main result of the project is a guide for teachers presenting innovative methods and forms of teaching physics (http://eped.pl/Portals/0/Aktualnosci/Poradnik.pdf). The guide contains the following topics: analysis of the problem of physics education in the school gymnasium; Description of innovation "experimental method"; Working with guidebook- Instruction for teachers; The training program for teachers; 40 scenarios of lessons in physics (pre-test, output test, 33 teaching scenarios using the method of the experiment, 5 scenarios with interactive video teaching).
Teachers’ Opinion
Educational resources worth recommendation. The portal contains a number of lesson plans using the method of experiment in physics. They are simple to perform during the lesson. Every teacher of physics will find something interesting out of 40 lesson plans.
Students’ Opinion
Project website is quite simple. The materials are addressed primarily for teachers, subject of teaching.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
