More Information
The result of the Model of extra-curricular work using innovative working methods and modern information technology project is an interesting "Interdisciplinary program of extra-curricular activities". It is designed to be implemented in the school classroom and away at university or Science Centres (http://www.gmina-gorlice-innowacyjny.pl/produkt.php)
The program includes instructional videos, which facilitate its implementation. This model includes an interdisciplinary approach. Lessons cover issues of several subjects with references to examples from real life. E.g. Chemistry, physics and mathematics in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
Teachers’ Opinion
The curriculum combining several subjects is very interesting. The topics are well matched to the level of students. Ten thematic areas were comprehensively developed. Suggested topics, such as: "Metals around us," or "How to live ecologically" fit well the lower secondary school curriculum. Another helpful feature for teachers are guides how to use the materials in teaching.
Students’ Opinion
Lessons scenarios are interesting. It is easier to understand various issues when they are presented with examples from everyday life. Lessons provide interesting examples of experiments that can be performed at home.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
