Description of the initiative

The aim of the project is to encourage young people to study in the fields of information technology and engineering, which increases the chance of finding a good and well-paid job after graduation.
The final product: The curriculum of "free and open strategy implementation directory." On the final product Consists of:
1) The strategy of Free and Open Implementation in the form of a manual with the description of the methods, techniques, tools and best Synopses - lesson plans
2) social-educational web community integrated to the program of educational platforms with the function of tutorial-repositories and database implementations.

The final product Curriculum of "Strategy of free and open implementation" presents effective methods of teaching-learning ICT. Website of the project is comprehensive and contains many materials. The program is divided into several paths. Modules (0, A, B, C) are aimed at different age groups of teachers from primary school to secondary schools (http://e-swoi.pl/conspects/).
There is a possibility of contact with advisors in the field of different subjects (http://e-swoi.pl/e-tutor/). The e-tutor tab include instructional videos to help you make a variety of topics.

Teachers’ Opinion

Strategy of Free Implementation is an interesting method of teaching extra-curricular activities. Participants in the Strategy have the opportunity not only to learn something new, different than in the classroom, but can also freely pursue formal and technical self-study at home.

Students’ Opinion

You can find interesting materials on computer science and mechatronics on the website. There are a number of video tutorials. Materials are mostly directed at teachers.

Dissemination Seminar in Florence

31 October 2015 The seminar has been held in ITIS “A. Meucci” one of the schools involved within Goerudio project activities. Its main aim was to promote the results of the project toward a broad sample of stakeholders even overcrossing the number of people directly involved in the production of project outcomes. This purpose has been totally achieved especially thanks to the participation of students and teachers coming from different schools or from other classes instead of those ones directly involved within the project activities.
